We sent out a project estimate request to contractors nearby on Houzz and David was the first one that got back to us quickly! It took a couple rounds of phone tag (we are all busy people), but we finally got a hold of each other and set up an in-house consultation soon after. Before in-house visit, David sent us an email with a couple questions, basically 'customer needs/requirements' for us to think through, just so that we have something more concrete for discussion in person.As a product manager myself, I found that extremely useful and appreciated such the note because that really set us for a greater success and smooth conversation later. During the in-house consultation, David did some measurement and went over our requirements in greater details. He listened and fully understood our needs/requests; he even provided crucial feedback/suggestions that we never even thought of! My husband and I both looked at each other and nodded with a 'YOU ARE HIRED!'. A couple days later, David sent us a draft of the cabinet design which was extremely detailed and comprehensive. Nothing we requested was left behind, scored again. Contract signing was easy and smooth and scheduling was quickly done. As the installation day came, we were super excited and patiently watched the cabinets to be put together. There was a misunderstanding on my end regarding what should to be adjusted, but David's team went above and beyond to accommodate my out-of-project-scope request without a fuss. I visited the production facilities and was very impressed with the team and computerization equipment utilized in the manufacture of the cabinets. We picked out a nice shaker style for our entire project, Kitchen 3 bathrooms, study and game room. David was on time and on budget! Very nice to work with and responsive with questions or concerns. Has come back after installation to tweak a couple of drawers I had messed up. He uses a very high quality adjustable German manufactured closing system for drawers.
